Mr. Yujiro Okada is a seasoned professional holding a bachelor’s degree in economics from Nagoya University, Japan. He joined Kubota Corporation in 1996 and has been working with the company for approximately 30 years.

Mr. Okada’s core competencies include being a super generalist with experience in corporate management and global business support.

He also has on-site experience in North America and has played an important role in supporting and advancing business operations at overseas subsidiaries.
