Mr. Aritsune Masuda is a seasoned professional who joined Kubota Corporation in 1994. For about 30 years, he has served in various business divisions at Kubota, in Japan and across geographies. His major work profile revolves around Management of overseas subsidiaries (Including Retail Finance Company) beginning from the year 2000. Apart from the above, he is also having experience in sales operation, management, Human Resources ("HR") and Information Technology ("IT"). Presently, serving as the General Manager of Farm and Industrial Machinery International Planning and Control Dept. II since 2023 and looking after the Management of the subsidiaries of Kubota Corporation in India, China and other Asian countries (Including Retail Finance Company).

He completed his Bachelor of Laws from Kyoto University, Japan.
