Mr. Mudgal is result oriented strategic leader with an extensive experience and a proven track record in deal structuring, credit evaluation, financial analysis, distress asset management, scheme formulation, business growth, collection & recoveries, and financial management. Mr. Mudgal is a visionary executive with the expertise of having worked with diverse sectors such as Construction equipment, commercial vehicles, Agricultural & Healthcare Equipment’s Finance, Leasing industry, and leading NBFC in local and international markets. His focused approach has driven organizational success through innovative strategies, exceptional market insights, and a deep understanding of the global financial landscape. Mr. Mudgal has demonstrated expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments, fostering stakeholder relationships, and delivering superior financial performance. Previously, he has served as the Director and Country Manager at the Indian subsidiary of De Lage Landen, headquartered at Netherlands. He has also worked with Srei Equipment Finance Private Limited and Magma Fincorp Limited (now, Poonawalla Fincorp Limited).

He joined Escorts Kubota Limited (earlier Escorts Limited) in September, 2023 and then transferred to Escorts Kubota Finance Limited and is presently holding the position of MD & CEO
